There are better ways to coach than punishment. When you punish a team/player for doing something you don't want them to do, you are showing more about your coaching ability as opposed the players ability. Applaud the ones doing it correctly and the others will soon catch on.

players, I'd estimate 60-70% would go sub 3 (not shuttles obviously). Pretty much every wide man and centre mid, plus lighter centre forwards and centre halfs. Typical example, a Declan Rice would be 2.45 - 2.55. The worst been a 'Traore' for example, prob 3.30

I get clickbait and all, put going after a guys profession is pretty cheap, especially Conor Finns. Activation and potentiation work is largely for injury prevention. It's certainly not for 'ego' and a former player should appreciate any coach trying to keep players safe.

Correct weights, excellent mobility, adapted where necessary, all in a safe environment. If I'd a kid, this is exactly where I'd want them.

Good player, but I don't think any United fan, with a thread of common sense, could see the point in signing Felix on loan, he'd cost us about 1.5m per game. He's not better than Rashford who he'd be competing against. I'd rather see Garnacho or Sancho get game time after that.

She was diagnosed with Stage 3 Hodgkin’s lymphoma a year ago but 12 months on and 5 months after finishing chemo, she's winning county titles for her club
