25,000k civilians killed in the 3 month siege of Mauriupal.
.@zarahsultana is right, you can say the Russian invasion of Ukraine was illegal and is indefensible, whilst at the same time highlighting the fact that Zelensky is no friend of the working class and the west has kept the war going to benefits arms companies

The propaganda is off the charts.
Three-time Eurovision winner Johnny Logan has said that Israel should not be allowed to take part in the song contest https://t.co/DaXFyeQZVk

It is quite at this stage that @rtenews is being run by a cabal of anti-Israel NUJ activists. It's utterly disgraceful.
The organiser of a sporting event held at Herzog Park today has said renaming the park in honour of other people in Irish history who are of Jewish heritage would be "way more appropriate" https://t.co/bh8disAOlT

Challenging the assertion of Genocide is not about supporting Israel. It's about protecting the gravity of the term, out of respect for victims of Genocide.
1 million views reached today. So far not one credible answer to the 10 questions that debunk the genocide hoax. For example #10: why would Israel facilitate the vaccination of 600,000 children in Gaza under age 10—more than existed this age pre-war—if genocide was the intent?

So, if Ireland qualify for World Cup, the games should all be in Mexico.

I don't care about the Eurovision. I care that RTE, as the primary source of news in Ireland, is not infested with political bias, as required under The Broadcasting Act 2009. Deciding not to broadcast the Eurovision confirms that RTE exercises bias in its output.
Ireland will not participate in next year's Eurovision Song Contest, and it will not be broadcast by RTÉ, after the European Broadcasting Union confirmed today that Israel will be allowed to take part https://t.co/WaxbqgtxSi

Hard to see a solution here for the GAA. There just aren't enough children in rural areas to sustain so many team sports which all overlap with each other. Some sort of national forum between the various codes would be helpful.
The GAA has today published a set of recommendations aimed at targeting the dramatic demographic changes taking place in Ireland that are having a significant impact on rural and urban clubs. Read the ground-breaking report in full ⬇ #GAABelong

The idea that you can go to jail for refusing to fund what is now a political organisation is absurd.

Anyone who still claims that RTE is impartial is delusional or stupid. Separation of State and RTE needs to be happen as a matter of urgency.

Fact.
@Sport4Palestine @Change Hello, this is Colin Freeman from the Daily Telegraph. People living next to Herzog Park say that at some of your matches, the plaque to Chaim Herzog has been covered up. Do you have any comment on that?

"The new housing plan will provide capital funding of €100million for the acquisition of second-hand properties to support exit of families longest in homeless emergency accommodation" Under no circumstance should a cent of this fund be given to private companies such as Dídean
The new housing plan will provide dedicated capital funding of €100 million for the acquisition of second-hand properties to support the exit of families longest in homeless emergency accommodation.

The 66% wedge An employee on €42k gets a 5% raise of €2k It costs the employer ~€2.3k (PRSI + auto-enrol). The employee nets ~€960. To pay for it, prices rise. With 23% VAT, every €1 the business needs costs consumers €1.23. So €2.3k net requires €2,829 at the till.
€5 coffees & €10 pints are inevitable This is not a cost of living crisis, Its a cost of Government crisis. If you're pay isn't going up by 5% in January you are losing money...... 🧵
