Hit 44 years old today and couldn’t be more grateful. Wife and I are stronger than we’ve ever been despite a tough year. Boys are happy and healthy. Reconnected with God and am in the best shape of my life. Found a great community of folks that keep pushing me to do better 💪

Back in the garage gym after the annual golf trip weekend 💪 3 days of shenanigans was bad for the body but great for the soul. Back day on tap followed by an hour in the sauna to detox 😂.

Have the chance to get a magnum smith machine for a few hundred bucks. Can’t fit a smith and a squat rack in the garage gym. Should I trade out the rack for the smith? Pros/cons?.

Visiting the in laws and they have the nicest kids park I’ve ever seen. My favorite part is the outdoor gym. Seems like my boys and I are always the only ones to ever use it though 💪

Looking through some old pics as the cut winds down. 7/24 got down to 169. Lowest weight since I was probably 14 yo. 8/25 sitting at 179. Mind tells me I haven’t changed much but pics tell a different story. Coach @antidoc32 says I have 6# left and then ready to build. LFG 💪
