SHES BACK!
After 6 1/2 month, 2 completely tore ligaments, 2 fractures (due to a complication during surgery) & some new hardware in my ankle. I’m finally able to step back on the ice!!
I’m 6 weeks ahead of schedule and I couldn’t feel better so excited to be back❤️

Just read something about replacing "I'm sorry" with "thank you". So, instead of saying "sorry I was late", say "thank you for waiting for me". Replacing negativity with positivity and gratitude and breaks the "i'm sorry" cycle. Powerful.
