But here's the hope: 84.8% WANT decision-making training from employers. They're asking for help. (7/12)

The result? Professionals making million-dollar decisions with remarkable confidence but minimal preparation. (6/12)

Finding #4: Education failed them. 85% say school (ages 5-18) didn't prepare them for workplace decisions. 63% felt unprepared after college too. (5/12)

Finding #3: When seeking help, 82% ask personal contacts instead of decision experts. Your inner circle often lacks neutrality and expertise for high-stakes choices. (4/12)

Finding #2: 91% think they're above-average decision-makers. But 85% never got formal training from their employer. Confidence ≠ competence. (3/12)

Finding #1: 45% have NO structured process for important decisions. These aren't junior employees—80% have 7+ years experience. (2/12)
