The fact the US govt, in general, says it doesn't have space for 29 people seeking asylum is pretty remarkable. But added that these are people whose kids they forcibly took away, who have now been living without their kids for months, some over a year.
This is a pretty remarkable test of @CBP’s metering system. 29 parents whose children were forcibly taken from them by the US govt travel 2,500 miles to reunite with their kids. US response so far: there’s no space to process you.
