I do miss Boris on the political stage. The charisma and ability he had to connect with the public, is clearly being missed. He could get cut through on critical and important messages and could expose Labour’s lies and deception.

If the problem occurred during the second half of that process, then the headline is misleading. If it occurred during the first part then maybe more than one national service would be affected. @benclatworthy
