@Law360 Prosecutors, down the marble staircase from Chief Clerk Jennifer Regan's office, transferred her petit larceny case to an Albany special prosecutor who agreed to an "ACOD" deal for 10 hours of community service. Absent a new arrest, the case will be dismissed & sealed in March.
