As 2021 dawns in Tier 4 lockdown, the radar has been silent for a week - but the ghost of Christmas Future looms large for all those under the radar. @MarshallADG we hope each board member stands up to be counted and realise that families, homes and #mentalhealth are on the line.

I just had another "awesome" customer experience. Called Tesla around 5pm. Was on hold for ONE HOUR (until 6pm) to hear "our offices are now closed, thank you for calling"... AGAIN: for real, @elonmusk??? I just trying to pay for my order.
Called @Tesla (UK) today about a Model 3 order. Gave up after waiting 1h20m for someone to pick up. Just the same music/msg the whole time; no queue position, wait time prediction or callback system. For real, @elonmusk ?
