⚙️ Why does Fractal need this?. Fractal keeps Bitcoin's block size but produces blocks 20× faster. With blocks 50–75% full (per @blockspacepod's report), the pressure on storage will only grow. Pruned nodes keep decentralization sustainable as Fractal scales.
