icymi (understandable): this @foxydigitalis amelia interview is really great. It's a good thing I'm already married to @thescrvnr because if I weren't, I'd feel compelled to seek out this stranger and propose to her immediately after listening to this https://t.co/RNMNzebPFw

Not used to being woken up by tornado sirens in fucking November. Climate collapse is great.

In a "just want to listen to Jeff Parker play guitar" type of mood today.

A lot of great music out today but two are at the top of my list. Tomin's new one on @intlanthem & Julia Sabra's solo album on Ruptured.

(and to be clear, Wendy's record esp is way more than a 'guitar record,' and as great as the band on that album is, Wendy's playing is the🌟)

When 3 of the 4 members of Bill Orcutt's guitar quartet release solo albums in 2024 & they are arguably the three best guitar records of 2024 (& the one person who hasn't released a solo guitar record in 2024 is Bill, one of my favorite gtr players ever), it sure is something.

Also, the 1-2 punch of "The Orchids" + Grouper to end this episode is gonna break me into tiny little pieces. Two of my favorite songs ever ever ever.
