Christmas is often seen as the season of joy, but for many, it can also bring added pressure, stress, and emotional challenges. Take time for yourself, reach out for support, and remember that it’s okay to not feel “merry” all the time. Clear eyes, full hearts, can’t lose! ✨

Some great @BathRugby kit going online tonight from @doughty_tom. Proceeds will be supporting @foundation_ted , which works hard to improve mental health. We have two aims, to get kit into the hands of fans and to support charities #inmylocker #bathrugby #rugbyplayerstash

Massive thanks to Ceri Edwards for all her hard work on securing us a £10,000 grant from Nationwide. We are so grateful 💛💙 This will largely be spent on providing free suicide awareness & prevention training in the Gwent area, and to our ‘Ted’s Friends’ at Bristol University.

Today marks 6 years since we lost Ted. Each year on February 10th we find ourselves asking questions of “Why” and “What if”. To lose Ted in this way, aged just 22, will never make sense. The picture shows Ted and Max in 2003, the year the Senior family moved to Wales.
