After Colombia and the Netherlands announced that they would cohost the 1st Intl. Conference for the Phaseout of Fossil Fuels, Minister Maina Talia of Tuvalu and Minister Ralph Regenvanu of Vanuatu celebrated the announcement and called on the world to join the Conference.
