JAMBOREE DAY!!! We head to St. Pius this afternoon for our first competition of the season. Excited for the opportunity to compete. Games are at 5, 5:30, and 6. #EGE

First day of year 20 as the head coach at Fort Osage reminded me again of why I love doing what I do. The gym was full of energy and excitement, kids played hard for the entire practice, and got to see some good competition. Excited to have the opportunity for another season.

We finished our youth camp tonight after a fun 3 days of working hard and getting better. It was a great atmosphere in the gym all week and I am glad we can keep building on what these guys learned.
