The DA in the Ridglan case is saying he has not received a "referral" to investigate Ridglan's criminal abuse. This is a lie. This is a letter sent to the DA by state inspectors outlining surgical mutilations performed on dogs—without vets or even anesthesia. See the last line.

This document was obtained by FOIA request. What all the FOIA docs show is a pattern, time and time again, of the authorities ignoring their obligations to protect victims of crimes. My only explanation for this is corruption. Animal testing is big business, and money talks.
