it’s why ney madiine noticed how axel feels about gella. axel is no stranger to pretending to get what he wants, to providing false reassurances, but even he has limits. boundaries. and axel doesn’t react as he normally would’ve had anyone else crossed them

the thing is i don’t think axel enjoys being manhandled. he’s focused on how gella is loosing her composure, how her lips are curling in a snarl. he wants to reassure her. a more courteous reaction he wouldn’t have offered anyone else but gella isn’t just anyone to axel.
