My peak weight was 285 pounds and today I weighed in at 235 pounds and I’m so proud of myself. For anyone else out there trying to themselves back in shape I promise it’s so worth it. Just remember no cheat days ever and be careful when you first start going back to the gym.

idk man why cant they nerf champions properly, just played against gragas top and riot nerfed his q mana cost by 20, but all he does is outtrade you with w and press e whenever u try to do something. Camille one shots with a chogath ult on q but they nerf her w cooldown like what.

I actually was never a one trick before I started streaming. Because I was known as the tryndamere player when I started my stream, I naturally fell into the trap of just playing that champ. I’m going to get good at this game and rank up an account without using tryndamere.

@HANCXCK I know nothing of the context in which you posted this clip. But that ambessa used drakehound step on the ultimate cast which significantly reduced the damage of the q since it didn’t hit the edge. R sets you up for the perfect distance to q if you don’t use passive.
