UPDATE: Unbelievably rather than a late blooming (March) I have flowers already on one of my bulbs (Lime Flare)! But there is a second flower spike developing and I have spike action on the other bulb. Maybe 2024 will see the Christmas Miracle of a flowering amaryllis!

Amaryllis planted for Xmas…taking bets on how near to my birthday (which is in March) these bad boys will actually flower! (As usually happens) Have ‘Naughty Girl’ (the one with a little growth) and ‘Lime Flare’. They are nice fat, healthy bulbs so let’s see what happens…

Went to see @TheJaneMcDonald tonight at @demontforthall …she was incredible! Such an amazing voice and great interaction with the audience. When she sang Rise like a phoenix I got chills! Great outfits too…no sequins were spared! 🤣😂🤣
