It's #DyslexiaAwarenessMonth, and we want to talk about #Orton-Gillingham. In the 1930s, O-G was designed to help students with dyslexia by teaching the connections between letters and sounds, and combining multi-sensory teaching strategies with systematic, sequential phonics.

A great time to re-tweet. Students with Dyslexia do not need to work harder or be more responsible- they need to be met where they are and appropriate rigor needs to be in place to meet their needs.
