i think that most of the time when someone says “the crowd at the ___ show smelled terrible” they’re exaggerating & revealing some deeper-seated opinion about the music & the scene / people around it but then sometimes u go to a show & it rly does smell *fucking crazy* in there

is it weird that some people interpret music in general as a "beat" + vocals? especially when it's not rap or electronic pop or something similar? there's nothing wrong at all with that approach to music production but isn't it weird to refer to music in general like that?

why do people post stuff like this when they could just look up the answer. people act like there are these gaping holes in our knowledge of reality & they get all suspicious about it but the data already exist & can easily be accessed with a few clicks
USA has a very strange looking population density map. Basically entire eastern half of the country is quite populated, and only the sliver of the western part is, then the west to middle is largely empty, with a few spots.
