So, yes, our systems incorrectly attributed the filing to MULN instead of GOGORO, but the root cause of the error is the fact that the clerk preparing this filing inadvertently left the MULN CUSIP in while attempting to reuse a document. 5/.

The two CUSIPS in the 13G are : G9491K 105 and 62526P109. The first one is at the top middle, and is the proper CUSIP for GOGORO. The second CUSIP is on the left of the filing, and is the one for MULN. See it here: 4/

In order match the CUSIP, we search the document for a pattern match. In most cases, we get it correct. However, in the case of Fuh Hwa Securities, there were TWO CUSIPs in the filing. (See if you can find them). 3/.

The parsing of 13D/G filings is automated and if anybody has seen one, they are pretty unstructured, so it's not always easy to get it right. The key issue is that the ticker is not included in the filing, but rather the CUSIP. 2/.

There's been some chatter about how Fintel misclassified a 13D filing to $MULN even though it was not. We would like to address the source of that error here. 1/.
