Authentic Advent Day 3 🌲 🧵Often the most important work we do in school is incidental or organic. This forms the foundation of belonging and powerful, personal development but happens ad-hoc.

Instead of beginning with fear, we can take clarity and conviction from a starting in a place of truth. At Finding My Voice we help colleagues to enact meaningful pupil voice. Holding spaces for young people without assumption or agenda.
