The concert's theme was "Expect the Unexpected", and I surely never expected a work like this to exist. I'll treasure this piece and this experience forever, just as I do Austin's friendship and artistry. I hope for many more performances, and that it'll inspire other oboists too

This weekend I had the honor and exhilaration of soloing with my orchestra to premiere Bottlenose Fantasia, an adaptation of "Delphinus Delphis" from @AbzuGame that was arranged into a full oboe solo feature by @awintory himself & @BrianLaGuardia2. 🐬🦈🐠
