6/ Now that Ukraine’s soft underbelly is more secure, both Chisinau and the EU could move from security framing to delivery. Beyond technical integration, the priority should be the economy. Without visible progress at home, even a string of electoral wins risks becoming hollow.

Es war eine kurze Nacht. Ab ca. 1:30 gab es erneut russische Luftangriffe auf Kiew, so dass wir mehrere Stunden im Luftschutzkeller verbringen mussten. Die ukrainische Luftabwehr konnte aber alle auf Kiew anfliegenden Objekte abfangen.
