Picked up my O-1 visa last night. Immediately booked the first available flight, and now I'm already on my way to San Francisco 12 hours later. Felt like I should be there for a while now. Feels like it's gold rush again, but in a much bigger way, and it was just dumb to sleep

had fun working on this one with the team. text boxes aren't the endgame for interacting with AI.

Saw that Cloudflare staff engineer who started documenting his interactions with Claude Code in git commit messages - explaining why he directed Claude differently, what corrections he made, and the reasoning behind each change? It significantly improved Claude Code's output.

Can't wait to be able to put entire Slack history + meeting transcripts into context for o3 pro queries. I've started recording and transcribing in-person meetings so none of the context gets lost. MCP support for Slack is coming this summer. It'll be so powerful.

surprised there are no nice spas in San Francisco. someone should build a high-end spa with saunas, cold plunges, cryotherapy chambers, massages, great amenities. product market fit from day one that won't get disrupted by AI. anyone want to invest?

B2B SaaS seat-based pricing might be fundamentally broken if we believe AI will reshape how companies hire in the future. You sell X seats to a company, maybe a few more over the years, but eventually you plateau, especially if AI reduces the need for as many employees.

@_catwu it would be really cool if you could share some of the more advanced use cases and integrations people are doing with Claude Code + MCPs. It's really fun to learn from the community and how they're optimizing workflows with AI.

Currently adding new custom Claude Code commands to write commits messages, PRs, and release notes. I'm optimizing developer experience for agents and consistency across the engineering team. Will be adding Slack MCP next week and sharing all the workflows here. It's so fun.

I've connected Claude Code with Linear's MCP server and created a Claude Code function that asks for extra context if necessary. Now I have autonomous agent that goes task by task, asks for context if needed, and fixes issues on it's own. We live in the most exciting time ever.

there's people refusing to let AI touch their codebase for security reasons, and then there's people feeding competitors' minified JS code into LLMs to reverse engineer complex frontend logic (yes it works).

with ai you either 10x your productivity or do the same amount of work in 1/10th of the time. you've got serious issues if you're running a team whose productivity hasn't changed much over the last 6 months.

Ryane’s most successful campaign used social listening. He scraped people who liked B2B influencer posts. Then sent a one-liner referencing the post. "Saw you liked the post about sales comp plans. Want to see how we’re helping similar teams?". It worked because it reached.

Focus on what matters. Forget open rates. Track replies, booked calls, and deals. Opens are a vanity metric. Real results come from action.

Don’t use links or media in early emails. Start with plain text. Once you have solid deliverability, test adding GIFs or personalized videos. Test carefully. Links increase risk.

Choose the right time to send. Avoid weekends. Avoid booking meetings on Fridays. Best results are usually Tuesday to Thursday mornings.

Follow up without being annoying. Send 2 follow-ups about 5 days apart. Send a third email 3 months later. The last one often works because the timing is finally right.

Add value directly in the email. Don’t offer an audit. Just give them something useful. If they run ads, suggest better copy. If they run a Shopify store, send them 3 influencer ideas. Make the email immediately helpful.
