Postdocs across the FAS agree that we need better access to affordable healthcare and childcare, better pay, and improved support during cases of bullying and harassment. We feel confident that forming a union will help us to achieve these goals. (3/6).

Based on the results of PDA surveys over the last three years, more than 85% of postdocs who have taken the surveys support the formation of a union. (2/6).
