@JoJoFromJerz So think about it Roe vs Wade reversal was all about SCOTUS saying it’s up to each state to decide. Subsequently, Colorado absolutely has the right to decide who appears on their ballots. SCOTUS will affirm Colorado’s right to kick Trump off if they are consistent with Roe.
