Where is he getting this? It's almost word-for-word as the broadcasting chair: "In a sea of information people can't find what they want so we have to force it to them". It's no different. "Minister of Official Languages" is getting words from what looks like the same CRTC group.

got the doggie lab results, almost 100%, some things off on a couple results, but v minor they said, which may remain for the rest of it's life, but only time will tell, anther full check up in 3-4 months and another 2 grand.
