If the preferred global mean temperature for the Earth is considered to be 15 degrees centigrade , why has this temperature only very rarely been achieved in the last one billion years (see red dots in chart below), and only then when when entering or emerging from ice ages.

The original level of CO2 in Earth's atmosphere was near 96%, the same as Venus present atmosphere. It decreases over time into the ocean & ultimately forms CaCO3 limestone. CaCO3 is 44% CO2 by weight. Absorption into the oceans will continue until all atmospheric CO2 is lost.

Atmospheric CO2 is in a delicate chemical equilibrium with oceanic CO2. Reduced atmospheric CO2 in carbon credits schemes & in vegetation regeneration schemes is replaced from the ocean reserves to restore the equilibrium & minimise the atmospheric CO2 loss. U can't fight nature.

If globally, trees can remove twice as much CO2 as we produce annually . Why haven't they? It seems that trees make little difference. Also any CO2 removed by any method (including by trees & vegetation), gets replaced from equivalent dissolved CO2 being released from the ocean

CO2 as a climate driver is dead & man-made global warming is dead. Despite more than 30 years & trillions wasted, & tens of thousands of careers & reputations destroyed, the climate continues as it always has. A complete gobal catastrophy caused by underserved faith in experts

There is no consensus on a climate emergency amongst scientists. There are those that make a living from supporting the idea of an emergency & those that don't. Who do you believe?.

If you think RE is the answer, academics, technocrats & politicians know best & are saving the world, & the North America appalling freeze is due to global warming. Perhaps & the world would be better off if 2 degrees warmer (as it was for most of the geological climate record).

Look at the dreadful winter weather in Canada & US over the last few months. How can anyone live like that? If that was the climate we experienced we would call it a climate catastrophy & demand urgent climate action & climate change. Would you really like to live like that?.

The public must understand & debate all serious views & evidence. Not blindly accept a single view. We cannot believe most of what we are told when provided with only half the story & evidence. We need a full independent public debate of all issues from all sides of the science.
