Trying to figure this one out. $SONN currently trades around $30m MC after announcing merger that will bring them:.- 12m $HYPE ($500m).- $300m cash . Forget *premium* to NAV like $MSTR and the general thesis for crypto treasury equity vehicles. Is buying below NAV a no-brainer?.
