How do I know if I have a vision problem after I have had a stroke? . You may not realise that you have a vision problem. It is important to get your vision checked, this should be done at the hospital but if it is not then please book an eye exam as soon as possible.

Take children for regular NHS funded eye tests from age 3โ€“4 years old every 1-2 years, unless advised otherwise by your optometrist . If parents or carers have any concerns about their childโ€™s eyes before this age, do not delay. Contact your local opticians

Working at a computer, you should take regular breaks. Prolonged use can lead to staring and potentially dry eyes as a result of insufficient blinking. Use the 20-20-20 rule. Every 20 minutes, take a 20-second break and focus your eyes on something at least 20 feet away.
