In Kanziro parish, ELI-UG conducted book making training equipping child mothers & young women at risk with skills in making books, such #economicempowerment interventions support girls' ability to make & act on decisions alleviating poverty & #endingchildmarriage in communities.

In an effort to reduce #childmarriage, ELI-UG conducted a training in laundry bar soap-making in Nakitokolo village, This equipped 30 child mothers & young women at risk with skills in soap making for #selfreliance. we thank #WomenFirstInternationalFund for #EconomicEmpowerment.

We have continued to orient Health Workers and VHTs in regards to provide regular Youth-friendly health care services to child mothers and young women so that they can access SRHRs at health centers to delay further and early pregnancies in an effort to end child marriages.
