Imagine booking a dream getaway @DreamsCuracao and you arrive to multiple issues present. One major issue is the AC unit not working. On top of a myriad pyramid of other issues. I've contacted consumer affairs and hotel management and still nothing. Very disappointing @Hyatt

This issue still has not been resolved. The @Dreams_Curacao has still failed to respond to emails. This is terrible customer service.

Every time I'm told something different from each rep. One says, Call back. Another one, give it this amount of days. Still nothing. A reliable customer who has been charged for something she has returned.

Confirmation emails, several calls, and still no resolution. I call T-Mobile and I'm told to contact Assurant and then I'm told to contact T-Mobile. The device was returned, confirmation emails received, but still no credit issued to my account.

Imagine being a customer of a cellular company @TMobile since your early 20s. Always dependable and never missed a payment. Then a big mixup with @Assurant and now your bill has increased by $299. Countless calls and still no resolution since mid August. 👀 for another company 🤦🏾‍♀️

No response from BDM or hotel manager. This has been since 9/18. Almost a week and nothing.
