I am not an SM fan but are you retarded by saying contract should not be considered legally binding? The problem with cbx breaching their contract is it affects EXO as a group. You claim that you are an ot9 exol, why can’t you put yourself in Suho/Chanyeol/Sehun/Kai’s shoes?

Other factors aside, the main difference and problem between their situations are the companies. SM will NOT let the EXO name/brand go, they are far too valuable for them. The only way the members can continue as EXO is by staying in SM.
This is the problem I have a problem with y’all incorrectly trying compare Got7 and Exo’s situation and then using it to shade Junmyeon. 1. Every Got 7 member agreed that they were leaving the company which allowed JayB to be able to successfully go through that whole process.
