Had a great time with @rich_hilsden and @ewwalser on the @CANUCSurg podcasts discussing trauma #tee. Poor surgeons are going to have to listen to this internist / intensivist… I only brought up urine sodium as a joke, I promise!

This project was first conceived while @ross_prager helped me with a TEE for a trauma patient I had operated on the night before, whose hemodynamics didn't make sense- until the TEE. Incredibly gratifying experience as a surgeon and (future) intensivist.
