Absolutely. The foundation of success is the heartbeat to the momentum of the journey.
One of my favorite things in coaching is the moment an underclassman/1st year varsity player finds out they made the team. Pure joy that can’t be faked. Upperclassmen that play with gratitude, excel. Take nothing for granted, you owe it to those around you & that version of you.
