They also waved a keffiyeh. These were visible during a similar anti-Israeli protest at the Giro d’Italia in May.

The protestor at the #GirodItalia was waving a keffiyeh, a traditional Palestinian headdress, towards the peloton. You can spot other spectators with Palestinian flags and keffiyehs close by. 🇵🇸 .

‘In all honesty, the final series of Unchained feels like it's lost some magic. The show feels formulaic at times, replicating the same cookie-cutter editing style and narrative from the two iterations before, but with less intrigue this time.’. Read my full review on @cyclist ⬇️.

The final series of Netflix's Tour de France docu-series hits hard in the opening episodes before losing steam and becoming all too formulaic. 🔗 Read our full review:

Yes, this endangers the riders. However, please remember what this gesture was about and have some nuance when discussing it.

STAGE 3: Cambridge › London. Getting closer to French soil, the TDFF enters the British capital on Stage 3. UK Sport would like to visit London (if it's possible). A sprint finish down The Mall would be a huge draw for TV viewers and roadside fans.

STAGE 2: Hebden Bridge › Sheffield. A tough day's racing through the Yorkshire hills, with UK classics Holme Moss and Snake Pass included. Once again, we follow the path of the 2014 TDF for the final 20km into Sheffield.

STAGE 1: Leeds › York. Yorkshire is hotly tipped to be the host for Stage 1. A local MP and the Yorkshire press believe that Leeds will welcome the TDFF. From there, we follow similar roads to the 2014 TDF, with a visit to the Dales. York, however, could be a fitting finale.

The Grand Départ for the Tour de France Femmes is more of a mystery. We don't know where the race will start. It's also unclear whether the women's peloton will cross into all three countries (i.e. England, Scotland and Wales).

STAGE 3: Welshpool › Cardiff. Mid-Wales is rumoured to be in the mix. From there, the race heads through the Brecon Beacons towards Cardiff. ASO apparently have a plan in place to get the Tour from Cardiff to France, with a rest day planned the following day.

STAGE 2: Penrith › Manchester. We start in the Lake District, a rumoured location for the Grand Départ. We then move southwards via Lancaster and Preston. The finish comes on Manchester's Oxford Road, a finale used a couple of times before in the Tour of Britain.

STAGE 1: Edinburgh › Dumfries. Edinburgh & Glasgow are ticked off within the opening 75km. After passing through Lanarkshire, the sprinters should come to the fore in Dumfries. Rumour has it the bicycle was invented in Dumfriesshire, so consider this a homecoming for the bike.
