@airfrance I even had to suffer other scammers pretending to be @airfrance to try and steal even more money from me. The irony is that they offered more customer service than @airfrance! BTW, I reported them to have them shut down. YOU'RE WELCOME, @airfrance. NOT doing your job as usual.

@airfrance @airfrance is a poor excuse for a business. Almost a full month now, and you continue to ignore my requests to discuss instead of helping to rebook my flight, I was told to buy a new ticket at more than double the original price. What a SCAM. Do the right thing and help fix it.

How would you feel at this point as a sucker, I mean "customer", especially since you decided to depart 10 minutes early? All @AirFranceFR did was greedily take (some would say steal) US$1,631 at the point of sale. What a racket and con job.

However, I have only seen @AirFranceUS steal that amount because as a first-time customer, I have received no service or satisfaction of a remedy for a missed flight at all. In fact, your solution is for me to pay $2,100 for a whole new ticket! That amounts to fraud and theft.

As a first-time customer, I've never encountered an airline so unforgiving, unhelpful, and punitive. THANKS @AirFranceUS for being hell bent on ruining a trip. Their remedy is taking a traveller's money and requiring more payment to continue flying. NO customer service AT ALL.
