#Wales
winning today?
The Welsh team all had to start with their local club age groups, moving on to Senior team to Regional team to play for Wales. Clubs are the grass roots which produce results such as today. Come & support your local club to build for more success
Many thanks to our volunteers who missed out on our game to ensure that the National Cup semi final between

"Well that's it until the 6 Nations"
In fact, it's not..
If you've enjoyed supporting your country over the last month or so, you can support your club or your region & experience live rugby every week.

We were pleased to receive a message today that, following a post-match review by the referee, the red card given to David Langdon has been rescinded and he’s free to play.
Update on Ryan Jenkins
We have had an update from the team Doctor. Ryan’s CT scan has been given the all clear, but he has sustained an eye socket fracture in two places. We wish Ryan a speedy recovery and thank everyone for their concerns. 👍🏻
“We wish all supporters, sponsors, junior players and club members a Merry Christmas. Your support in the 2nd half of the season will mean so much to us! See you all at EXP for the Merthyr game. Have a great Christmas and here's to a positive 2020.”
