2 in 1 yesterday! Left for my tournament in Tampa this morning so I had to get in my catching and hitting lesson! Hitting I worked on my timing and hit a PR Exit Velo of 72mph with my 33in drop 8! Catching I worked on keeping my balance as well as timing. @SBCoachFricke

We are believers that static and stationary blocking drills are complete “eyewash”. Kind of like hitting off a tee. The ball is never not still. You need to become an ‘elite problem solver!’
