this wouldn’t be such a big deal. Brent council seems to delight in cutting back on services that demonstrate respect to residents and cause circumstances that are deleterious to the (codified!) quiet enjoyment of our environment.

(BTW I work in advertising and tech. You know - people who like to chat and compare notes, early adopters, entrepreneurial, big global networks, that kind of crowd..)
