Notre Dame should be in. Alabama should be out. Alabama controlled their own destiny. If they had won the SEC, they would have an automatic bid. Instead, they not only lost, they got massacred. Notre Dame is legitimately a top 4 program in the country right now.

For the love of God… can we stop with the narrative that poor Catechesis is the root cause of all of the problems in the Church. If anything, I would argue that we are over-catechizing, and there is little to know focus on discipleship in our Church.

I read the Butker transcript of his address at BC. Yes, the speech was terrible...but I'm surprised that misogyny was the chief concern. I was more taken aback by the COVID conspiracy theories, blatant clericalism, bishop criticism, and criticism of NFP.
