Tackling letters that make no sense. I have a call log of over ninety hours of me trying to solve a problem over the phone about denials that made no sense. Now I have to call them for something that can’t be true, according to the laws of logic.

I need to get this off my chest: when I think of or begin to try to tackle this part of my job (billing and one painfully inept insurance company) I feel complete anxiety, get dizzy, feel like the walls are closing in on me & that I might have a heart attack. Begging to be paid.
