Using SMT with Timeframe Alignment will save you LOADS of losses.
HTF PDA -> LTF SMT
Weekly PDA -> H4 SMT
Daily PDA -> H1 SMT
H4 PDA -> 15m SMT
H1 PDA -> 5m SMT
etc.
Better yet, replace 'PDA' with IRL or ERL.
Backtest this.

There are many types of cracks in correlations. Correlated Asset A making a new swing point while Correlated Asset B is making a failure swing is just the basics.

You're looking for the wrong thing if you're asking what the 'best model' is.
Truth is that ALL of these ICT models you find can be good... in the right context.
Focus on Weekly/Daily direction and your LTF models will reveal themselves in abundance.
HTF Narrative is key.
