During the BOE's reorganization meeting on July 9, . trustees Cristina Costanza, Francesco Ferraro and David Samartino were sworn in for additional 3-year terms. The trustees also reelected Jeffrey Goldhammer as president and Marion Diener as vice president.

TAS students surprised retiring principal Ms. Zambelli with a Hawaiian-themed party. As she entered the gym filled with artwork and posters, students cheered. There were poetry readings, gift-giving and performances, as well as a slide show of memorable events with Ms. Zambelli.

TAS students worked on body, heart, mind and soul to make themselves better leaders during Sharpen the Saw Day. Students visited therapy dogs and local senior citizens, made art projects, did athletic activities and honed their STEAM skills - the perfect way to end the year.
