To my Cybersecurity people. When you post your certification achievements (CISSP, CC, AWS, OSCP, etc.), do you usually strip out or hide your credential IDs or certification numbers? Why or why not?. Curious to hear your thoughts🤔.

I had a similar experience last year interviewing for a Cybersecurity Engineer role. They liked my security background but passed because I lacked DevOps experience. Truth is, many companies want fewer hires doing more work. It’s all about value. While looking for GRC focused.
I did an interview last week for a GRC Analyst role.During the interview,the hiring manager asked me about my experience on penetration testing,I explained the concept to him but stated clearly that I don’t have the skill to carry a pen-test cos my area is on GRC.
