Some of the street lights are not functional in SMC ward 67 Tailbal, As it cause serious problems to went Masjid at late night and in morning as well, to locals to move in late evening. I request concerned authorities kindly take serious note of this. @SMC_24x7 @SMC_Srinagar

I am told that the chicken-hearted MLAs have commandeered snow clearance machines and are directing them to those lanes and by-lanes where their workers and voters live. If you voted against NC or didn’t vote — sorry, no snow clearance for you. That’s the new rule.

It seems the new Government is drafting business rules to clear snow from our roads and restore electricity and water supply! Remember how these same charlatans used to pontificate and blame the administration? Today they have been exposed for what they are - incompetent fools.

Why didn’t the Minister for R&B supervise the setting up of a joint control room for snow-clearance and designation of zonal officers across the valley? Why wasn’t a coordination mechanism set up between R&B, SMC and MED — as was done every year in the past?

The people of Kashmir were promised 200 units of free power by the NC Government. What they actually got was increase in power curtailment and a condition of “100% metering” before power supply can be improved. From “Nahi Pasand Tumharey Meter” to “Meter Zaroori Hai”. Wah Taj!

Turns out incumbent Srinagar MP and then Animal Husbandry Minister in NC-INC Government has a very unique SOLE achievement as a Minister: He misused his official position to start a Poultry Hatchery with his mother as a Director/Equity Holder and then defaulted on the loan:

No compromise on these issues affecting our youth: 1) Revoking the New Reservation Policy. 2) Consider resignations in waiting list. 3) Age relaxation in competitive examinations. The Government should walk the talk and fulfill its promises to the youth.

The petition on the reservation policy filed in the Hon’ble High Court needs serious impetus and support. And the best legal minds. Will be filing an impleadment petition in the case with the best legal minds and in coordination with merit-supporting activists.

What a gratifying feeling to see newly elected NC MLAs from Srinagar visiting and “inspecting” works that were proposed, approved, commissioned AND completed by SMC during our tenure. Cameras in tow — full dramatics. Sadly, not ONE brick of development laid by them till today.

Do read this. We have illiterate daily rated workers. In a state where RETs were engaged to keep schools functioning and where 2.62 Lakh aspirants would be competing for 4000 constable posts, illiterates got daily wage Jobs in government departments to run government schemes. I

The ST reservation in J&K is 20%. Let that sink in! Out of all jobs and vacancies being advertised by the Government — 20% are reserved for ST category. A total of 70% + is reserved with only 30% jobs for general category population. If this isn’t gross injustice, what is?

Strongly condemn remarks of a senior NC MLA who termed Jamaat-e-Islami members as “terrorists” during his speech in Assembly today. NC’s reservoir of disdain for the people of Kashmir is a bottomless pit. Jamaat sacrificed its children while you sent yours to Jammu and Delhi.
