Good Q. Will try to find out. Firefighting and saving lives & infrastructure is priority now. Going forward we need be serious about more active mgmt. The trend in Canada is to protect more & manage less - not good for fire/carbon emissions/community safety. 🇫🇮 🇸🇪 🇳🇴 get this.
@DerekNighbor Derek, I bet a person with your influence could get to the bottom of why we don't use the Martin Mars water bomber in this country. 30 tons of water at a time, 22 seconds to fill. A big plane that needs to land on big lakes-- but we have those.
