@ShieldVoC @AHS_Warranty @ericohenr It seems the only time AHS has adequate staffing or time for their customers is when you owe them money. The Billing Dept is staffed plentifully while the Dept responsible for customer service is seemingly understaffed. Don’t get AHS!
