@AravSrinivas A good way for the NYT to retain its striking workers on election day would be to give them a 2.5% raise they are asking for and to agree to the hybrid work week to be standardized.

Day 7 and we are still on strike for fair pay, just cause and remote work protections! We know @nytimes can afford to give us a fair contract, and we are out in Brooklyn today saying "Hey A.G. can't you see, we will not go quietly!"
